1. 准备定期管理报告；即每月合并财务报表；
2. 协助编制年度预算和月度预测；
3. 进行成本差异分析和基准分析，并为管理评审提供建议；
4. 与银行协调日常账户管理；
5. 准备现金流预测和资金需求计划；
6. 为总部准备内部资金和股息提案；
7. 协助经理监控银行余额，确保有足够的现金余额用于运营；
8. 审查香港实体的审计账目，并与外部审计师就审计事宜进行联络；
9. 准备税务计算并协助香港实体报税；
10. 参与会计相关系统开发和流程改进计划；
11. 其他临时任务。
1. Tertiary educated in accounting or related disciplines; finalist of ACCA/CPA or above;
2. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience preferably with exposure in audit experience;
3. Good knowledge in HK accounting standards and taxation;
4. Computer literacy with good spreadsheet skill;
5. Independent, detail minded and willing to work under pressure;
6. Able to communicate with English and Chinese including Putonghua;
7. Experience in Yardi and property investment industry is highly preferred;
8. Immediately available is highly preferred.
